The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you, so we ask that you arrive on time – preferably 10 minutes before your treatment is due to start, so you can catch your breath and relax.

We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask 24 hours notice for all appointments, where possible.

Of course we also understand that some things you just can’t plan – sick children, accidents etc, but if you could give as much notice as possible, we would be appreciative.

Our time, like yours, is valuable and booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of the following terms:

• Failure to arrive may result in the full amount being charged or the Gift Voucher being cancelled. Future appointments will require a 50% deposit when booking the appointment.
• Cancelling an appointment less than 6 hours notice, may result in a 50% fee being charged.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be reduced and the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
